Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
To start a return, email hello@getplaycap.com with your order number. We'll send instructions once approved. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damages or Issues
Inspect your order on arrival. If something is wrong, contact us immediately at hello@getplaycap.com and we'll make it right.
Exchanges
To exchange, return your original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping
Orders ship within 2–3 business days from California. We ship within the continental U.S. only. Delivery times vary by location and carrier.
